Veni Vidi Copy
During a seminar we had to copy the graphics of a game as closely as possible, changing it later by replacement of textures. I took the challenge by hearth, grabbed my sketchbook and entered a dungeon somewhere in Skyrim. Dissecting the individual pieces, counting polygons and extracting examplary textures from the game, I created a dungeon from scratch. 

Every vertex was placed by hand, every texture painted in dozends of layers, created by brushes made from base textures. I learned the importance of references while figuring out, how I can achieve the exact look I'm aiming for.
